Oh. My. God. Glenn Beck is permitted to propagate this dangerous, subversive, insulting nonsense, while someone like David Sirota is too “left-wing” to appear on mainstream media outlets like Meet the Press. Something is seriously out of whack in our country’s media and it isn’t a left-wing bias. The people who put Beck and others of his ilk on the air should hang their heads in shame. And who the heck is that guy from the Ayn Rand “Institute?” I wonder which filthy rich right-wing reactionary is funding that particular organization of higher learning.

[sigh]… revisionist history is sooooo typical of glen beck and his kind. Especially when trying to dodge the bullet of inciting to violence.

okay, I know I’m going to be slammed for this… but I’ve just started getting this comparison to osama bin laden in my head. he doesn’t plant the bombs, he doesn’t fly the planes, he doesn’t shoot people… he gives his followers the plans and works them into a frenzy, inciting THEM to violence.

mr. beck, any comments on that? mr. o’reilly, more comments on the “baby murderer” maybe?

While Hitler was not a “conservative” in the strictest sense, it was an alliance of conservative parties that enabled and allowed Hitler to come to power. The conservative elites (Junkers, capitalists, etc.) banded together against socialists and social democrats and felt that Hitler was a weapon they could use against socialists. Hence the vicious street fights between the socialists and the brown-shirt National Socialists. He was their pitbull. The only reason that the Nazis used “socialism” in their party name was that it lent them the veneer of being post-partisan and holistic.

Actually you dumb SOB..the term “leftie” was a label the Nazi’s stuck on the Communist party (because they sat to the left of the Nazi party in the German “Parliament”) .I am pretty sure that the German communist party was a much less violent government than the Nazi’s.. the Nazi’s were “bad mouthing” the “leftie” communist party as being “to liberal”…what does that say about the Nazi’s? …sounds like Nazi’s were actually “the right”… right of the lefties (do those labels mean any thing in American politics”..surely not the same as 1930′s German politics)…. and like all hysterical “righties”, Beck..you are a misinformed scared, little man, spouting lies, propaganda, hate and your own made up “facts”… because you are shitting your pants in fear..

AYN RAND was a JEWISH immigrant from Soviet Union, a “LET ‘em EAT CAKE” free-marketer whose entire life’s mission was to tell Financial hoodlums & fraudsters “It is OK to ROB PEOPLE & let them starve – because ‘Free Market Capitalism demands that the strong DESTROY the weak.”
Not only is that philosophy basically the NAZI-lite ideology, but it is a LIE, in that “FREE MARKETS” are NOT “Free” – they are CONTROLLED by MAJOR MONOPOLIES backed by the power of the government ! ( Starting with the East India Tea company that the AMERICAN REVOLUTION FOUGHT to overthrow, to today’s ADM & MONSANTO corporations trying to MONOPOLIZE America’s food production, to the NY & DC & Wall St. elites OWNING BOTH US political parties, etc. etc. etc. ad naseum.)
In this case, Harry Binswager, a Philosophy PhD working for the Ayn Rand institute – is perfectly willing to LEND LEGITIMACY to Glen Becks barely disguised RIGHT-WING hate-mongering – even if JEWISH elites are a target of Beck’s rantings!!
This is sheer treachery on so many levels, but WITH THE INTELLEGENTSIA (in the form of Binswager, NY Times, WashPost, etc.) giving TACIT SUPPORT to Beck’s and other Right-Wing talking points, (for example, neither the Post nor Times are striving to portray abortion-clinic shooters and bombers as DOMESTIC TERRORISTS) it is going to get worse…
